Spartan Spectrum

Spartan Spectrum is Saunders’ TV organization, which broadcasts the morning announcements and other special assemblies.

Participating students have one of two responsibilities: anchor or technician. Anchors are responsible for delivering the actual announcements and reporting the daily weather on air, whereas the technicians are responsible for operating cameras, audio mixers, DVD players, computers for the weather, and digital audio and video switchers.

Students come to the TV studio in room H-1, when they arrive at school, to set up for the daily broadcast. The participation of this club is Monday-Friday from 8:00am- 8:20am.
