All students are able to become successful academically, socially, and mentally in a safe diverse school environment. This is possible through effective communication that must be collaboratively established between administration, teachers, counselors, and parents. Students’ success depends on teachers having effective instruction that is engaging, and an evaluation/ assessment process that results in all students’ achieving.  In addition, continuous improvement in the school is a priority for students’ success to be maintained. Together, this will form a school community focused on believing in diversity, safety and success of all students. In sum, this will develop a student to become a successful citizen in our diverse society.
